Google Calendar for broadcast sales
Kpree Sales Calendar
Keep your sales follow-ups in view. Kpree Sales helps broadcast advertising teams manage customers, proposals and orders. Connect your Google Calendar to review customer meetings in your CRM, add personal reminders from Kpree, or both.
Calendar connection is available to authorized Kpree workspace users, subject to company and Google Workspace policies. Optional Gmail capture and sending are off while their Google review is pending.
Connect in one place
- Open My Account → My connections.
Choose Set up next to Google Workspace.
- Choose import, reminders, or both.
The default calendar works without a Calendar ID. Import defaults to events involving your CRM contacts.
- Choose Save & connect account.
Select your Google account and review the permissions. Return to Kpree to see the connection status.
To send reminders, a company administrator must allow personal calendar reminders in Connections. Your Google Workspace administrator may also need to approve Kpree.
Know what you are sharing
- Calendar import
- Event titles, dates and times, and organizer and attendee addresses for matching and review, from 30 days before to 90 days after today. No event descriptions, locations or attachments.
- Personal reminders
- The task or meeting title and time, plus an internal activity reference. No CRM notes, contact details or invitations.
- Disconnect at any time
- Disconnect in My connections: Kpree deletes its stored tokens and asks Google to revoke access, unless your Google account is still connected in another Kpree organization. Existing CRM records and reminders already in Google Calendar remain.
Optional Gmail features — review pending
Gmail capture and sending are currently off. Calendar continues to work independently. If Gmail becomes available, you will choose its features separately and review the additional Google permissions before connecting.
- Review email metadata
- Import subjects, dates and participant headers for CRM matching. Capture defaults to matching CRM contacts and account domains, with your selected date window and excluded domains. Items wait in your personal review queue before you save them as CRM activities. Reading headers for matching can include messages you do not keep.
- Choose text and attachments separately
- Full text requires a separate opt-in and Google read permission. Sharing text into CRM notes is another explicit choice. Full-message responses from Google may include attachment data, but attachments are not automatically saved into CRM Files. You explicitly choose individual supported files to save through account-file scanning.
- Compose or reply when you choose
- Sending requires separate consent and Google send permission. Review the message and choose Send email yourself. A submitted message and its text are recorded in the CRM; this does not enable automatic or bulk marketing messages.
Your data and your controls
- Processing and access
- Kpree’s servers process connection data; AWS hosts the service and storage. Personal review items stay with the connection owner. Accepted activities and saved files follow your company’s CRM and account permissions.
- Retention is specific to the record
- Private captured text would expire after 30 days by default, configurable from 1 to 90 days. Accepted CRM notes, saved files, outgoing drafts and sent records have separate retention; they are not covered by that temporary-text limit.
- Disconnect and request deletion
- Disconnect stops future access, removes stored tokens and purges private captured text. Previously accepted CRM records, saved files and sent messages remain. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of retained Kpree data.
- Kept out of AI applications and support sessions
- Google Calendar items and Gmail items captured for your review, and CRM activities created from them, are never provided to AI applications connected to Kpree and are not opened in Kpree support sessions.
